It is not merge PDF (that joins PDFs). It is not an invoice template — invoice generator builds line items. It is not HEIC-to-PDF; Apple stills go through HEIC to JPG first.

When photos-to-PDF is the right job

  • A landlord, school, or claims form that will not take a zip of JPEGs.
  • A short evidence pack you do not want to upload to a conversion brand.
  • Screenshots that must print as pages, not a chat album.

Order the files before you build. Landscape phone shots stay landscape; we do not promise official ID-photo paper sizes.

How to use it

  3. If the result is too big for Gmail or the portal, compress the images and rebuild, or compress the PDF afterward.

Typical ceiling is about 32 MB. Ten original camera photos can miss that before you even click process.

Honest limits

  • No OCR, no searchable text layer, no Word export.
  • GIF/WebP/AVIF are not the pitch here; convert those stills first if you need them in the packet.
  • Quality is “photo on a page,” not a print-shop RIP.

For a PDF that already exists and just needs pages pulled out, use split PDF or PDF to JPG.

FAQ

Can I drop iPhone HEIC files here?

Not as a first-class input. Convert HEIC to JPG first, then build the PDF. Renaming .heic to .jpg does not convert the bytes.

Is each photo its own page?

Yes. This is a photo packet, not a magazine layout. We do not flow text around images or build a searchable OCR layer.

The PDF is huge. What should I do?

Compress the photos before you build, or compress the PDF afterward. A handful of 3–5 MB camera JPEGs routinely becomes a 30 MB+ packet.

Can I merge this with an existing PDF?

Build the image PDF here, then join it with other PDFs using merge PDF.

Will the PDF have selectable text?

Only if you somehow embedded text — these pages are images. For a digital text PDF, extract text instead of converting photos.

Do the photos get uploaded?

No. Encoding stays in this tab. Typical ceiling is about 32 MB across what you drop.
