Start with the job, not the catalog
A portal rejected a scan-heavy PDF, Windows will not open an iPhone still, or you need to read a JWT without pasting it into a random decoder. Pick that job first. Then open PDF, Images, or Developer for the sibling step — merge is not compress, HEIC-to-JPG is not a generic format converter.

Paycheck math uses the tax percent you type. Video-to-GIF writes a short GIF89a here (about 24 frames, 256 colors), not a studio encode.
