Concatenate PDFs in this tab in the order you drop them so a portal or inbox gets one file instead of twelve. Password-protected inputs may fail, and a stack of scans can still blow Gmail’s 25 MB send limit.
A school portal, visa pack, or hiring form wants one PDF, not a zip of twelve. That is the job: put existing PDFs in order and download a single file, without sending the packet to a merge service.
This page concatenates PDFs in the current tab. It does not turn a folder of photos into a PDF — that is images to PDF. It does not shrink the result. Merged camera scans are often larger than any one input.
When one file is the actual requirement
- Job or school uploads that reject a second attachment.
- Receipts plus a cover letter that must travel together.
- A contract addendum you will not upload “just to combine,” even if the brand deletes the cloud copy in an hour.
Drop files in the order you want them read. Mixed page sizes (A4 plus a landscape phone scan) stay mixed; we do not normalize paper.
How to use it
- Choose two or more PDFs from this device.
- Check the order. Process in this tab.
- Download the combined PDF. If Gmail offers a Drive link instead of a real attachment, the file is still too heavy.
Typical ceiling is about 32 MB for what the tab can hold. That is tight for a stack of full-resolution scans.
After the merge
- Scan-heavy result: compress the PDF (JPEG rebuild — selectable text is lost).
- You only needed pages 3–7 of one binder: split the PDF instead of merging everything.
- Pages in the wrong order inside one file: organize PDF pages.
Zipping the merged PDF almost never helps email. The inbox still sees one fat binary.
