Build a simple line-item quote with a tax percentage you type, then print or save it from this tab. It is a freelance bill, not a VAT/GST tax invoice, not e-invoicing, and not bookkeeping software.

You need a PDF tonight for a client: hours, a rate, maybe a sales-tax percent. That is this page — a freelance quote, not an official tax invoice.

Xe- and Stripe-class products send, remind, and reconcile. We add line items and totals in the tab. We will not file anything.

What belongs on the page (checklist, not legal advice)

• Your name and theirs, plus addresses if you use them.
• A number you assign, dates, and line items.
• A tax % only if you actually charge one — we do not validate it.
• Payment instructions you type yourself (bank, Wise, etc.).

If a government requires a qualified e-invoice, use that system. This HTML/print path will not satisfy it.

How to use it

1. Fill seller, client, and lines. Set tax % or leave it at zero.
2. Check the totals. Print or save from the browser.
3. For a scan packet of receipts instead, use images to PDF.

Honest limits

• Not QuickBooks, not payroll, not paycheck calculator.
• Currency symbols are decoration unless you type them.
• No recurring invoices.
