You need a name on the line of a PDF you already have, and you are not opening a DocuSign envelope. That is this page: a drawn or typed stamp in the current tab.

It is not watermark PDF. It is not protect PDF. It is not eIDAS, 电子签章, or HelloSign.

Anyone can draw a squiggle. Courts and counterparties may still accept a wet-ink scan or a simple mark for low-stakes forms — or they may require a specific platform. We will not tell you which.

If the other party sent a DocuSign or Adobe Sign link, finish it there. This page will not recreate their certificate chain.

How to use it

Honest limits

  • Flattened appearance. Not a PAdES/CAdES signature.

FAQ

Is this legally binding?

It depends on the document, the parties, and the law where you are. This tool only draws marks. It does not create a certificate, audit trail, or qualified e-sign. Ask a lawyer for contracts that matter.

Is this DocuSign or Adobe Sign?

No. Those products collect identity evidence and store an envelope. We flatten a stamp in your tab.

Can you apply a .p12 / USB token?

No. Certificate signing is out of scope.

Should I password the file after signing?

A password restricts opening; it does not prove who signed. Use protect PDF if you still want an open password.

Is this the same as a watermark?

A watermark is usually a huge DRAFT label. A signature is a small name in a box. Different tools.

Is the PDF uploaded?

No. Typical ceiling is about 32 MB.
