Designers need grey text that is obviously fake. Ship real words before a launch. Chinese/Japanese body on those URLs is a different problem.
A wireframe that collapses because the headline is three words. Lorem exists so type has mass. It is not content strategy.
Grey boxes without text are placeholder image. Measuring the dump is word counter. A URL slug for the real title is slugify.
Wireframes, not published copy
Latin-ish filler for a gap in a mock. It is not English (or any) article copy, not a copyright-free essay, and not a character-count guarantee for X or a CMS. Swap it before launch.
How to use it
- Pick paragraphs or sentences.
- Paste into the mock. Mark the ticket “replace before launch.”
- Do not file this as a translation of your product.
Honest limits
Not a copywriter. Not locale-accurate dummy text for CJK layout testing (character density differs).
