Read the center pixel of a picture as HEX and RGB in this tab. It is a quick sample, not Figma’s eyedropper, and not a five-swatch palette generator.
You have a screenshot of a button and you need the hex. That is this page: sample the center pixel in the current tab.
Crop the swatch to the middle with image cropper if the color is not already centered. For a generated five-color set, use color palette generator. For readability, contrast checker.
How to use it
- Drop a still. Prefer PNG for UI chrome.
- Read HEX/RGB. Copy.
- HEIC: convert first.
Typical ceiling is about 32 MB.
Honest limits
- Center sample only in this build.
- Not a color-managed print lab.
- Wide-gamut photos may not match the hex you see in another app.
This is a local utility, not a design system.
