It is not QR code generator. It is not a GS1 license.

Which symbology

  • Code 128 — letters and digits, inventory and internal labels.
  • EAN-13 / UPC — grocery-shaped numbers; check digit included in the spec. Wrong check digit will not scan.

We do not issue company prefixes or file a product in a retailer catalog.

How to use it

  1. Pick the symbology. Type the payload.
  2. Download SVG. Print at a size your scanner can see.
  3. If you needed a URL or Wi-Fi poster, you wanted a QR.

Honest limits

  • No ISBN/ISSN wizard beyond “type the digits.”
  • No thermal-printer driver.
  • Not a compliance audit.

This is a local drawing tool, not a supply-chain registration.

FAQ

Is this an official product barcode I can sell with?

No. Retail GTINs come from GS1 (or your label provider). We only draw the bars for a number you supply.

Why is my EAN-13 rejected?

EAN-13 and UPC need the right length and check digit. Code 128 is more forgiving for warehouse-style strings.

Can you make a QR code here?

Use the QR code generator. Different symbology, different scanners.

Will a cheap USB scanner read the SVG?

Print large, high-contrast, on matte paper. We do not guarantee a specific scanner model.

Is the number uploaded?

No. Drawing stays in this tab.
