Socratic Heuristic is an AI-powered conversational platform. The Service provides chat, learning, and content creation functionalities through a pay-per-period model.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties

5. Purchases and Payment

The Service is offered on a pay-per-period basis. Each purchase grants 30 days of access to the Service. There is no automatic renewal — you must manually purchase a new period when your current access expires. 6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Socratic Heuristic and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content generated through your use of the AI is subject to the applicable AI provider's terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. In no event shall Socratic Heuristic be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
