Can I extract PDF pages as images?

Use PDF to JPG. This page wants one raster image.

Uneven slices?

Remainder pixels may land on an edge tile. Check the last column/row.

Collage is the opposite?

Yes — collage tiles many images into one. Splitter cuts one into many.

HEIC?

Convert first if decode fails.

Are tiles uploaded?

No. About 32 MB for the source.
